Affirmative Action
The Term " Affirmative Action " came about in a legislation context in 1935. National Labor Relations Act and was later written into state laws banning ALL racial discrimination against color skin in employment.
The phase Affirmative Action began only against African Americans, which attracted notice. In the 1950's no one saw Affirmative Action to be a way of giving minorities preferred treatment in hiring's, promotions, and admissions.
The civil Rights movements helps change the meaning of Affirmative Action. 1964, after years of black protest, congress passed the Civil Rights Act, which created and still creates new agencies run by OFFICIALS to bring ALL minorities of American Life. Not to ILLEGALS life.
1965 opened up the passage of The Voting Rights Act.
Affirmative Action is the answer. 1965 President Lyndon B. Johnson issued the executive order establishing the Office of Federal Contract Compliance.
Along with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
required that companies to set numerical racial hiring goals. In trending quotas goals, and timetables continuing today, because Richard M. Nixon's Administration supported this radical interpretation of Affirmative Action.
The United States major institutions from consumers, employees, students, and federal bureaucrats, aware of United States Supreme Court decisions supporting race and gender preferences. Male or Female. Not Gay nor Lesbian rights.
By 1978, The Supreme Court ruled Bakke vs University of California that universities could use race as a plus factor in administrations, Affirmative Action is deeply enriched in American, not African Society.
No other society, Which is horrible. Not only black lives matter, but ALL lives matter.

By the late 20th century, Affirmative Action has become a controversy. Opponents see racial preferences as unjust -- an unfair government program that exacerbates the already large racial divide. Which harms WHITES stigmatizing blacks as needed preferences treatment.
Opponents also contend that Affirmative Action aides more privileged Black Americans and does very little to help poor blacks and whites combined.
1990's, Republican party, not democrat politicians and activists lobbied hard against Affirmative Action, which passed proposition 209, a 1996 California initiative to abolish racial and gender preferences. This backs the regents of the University of California who in 1995 voted to end Affirmative Action in hiring and Admissions.
ALL races need to bring this before President Donald Trump and Abolish Affirmative Action once and for all, it is racist against all races except for blacks.
President Bill Clinton in 1995 tried to argue that Affirmative Action is a flawed, but necessary answers to centuries of discrimination against women, blacks and other groups.
Many civil rights communities went further in their defense of Affirmative Action, arguing that WHITE males hold more dis-appropriate number of powerful position in society, and that laws and programs mandating preferences were one way to combat the imbalance.
These supporters argue that racism and sexism are still rampant, and that Affirmative Action is still a small but just a part of National Social Policy.
As the 20th century ended, the debate over Affirmative Action will not end.

NO MAN ! or woman should be based on the color of their skin. It is also unconstitutional for ANY man white or black to be discriminated against because of their wealth, religion, race and or any other social involvement.
For society to bring a white or black man to his knees and not give him equal opportunity in any equal employment law is awful.

That should work both ways. The person,no matter the race or sex passes the employers test. Is the one the employer hires. Not because of the color of skin. America is built on the foundation, liberty and justice for ALL.
However; if I am an employer, no matter the race or sex passes the employers test. If that person is qualified for what I am asking that's the one I am hiring. If the applicant does not support the role in which I am hiring for my business to grow. Not to show social favoritism.
There is to be new laws set in place to be favorable to ALL men/women to be hired.
For civil Rights activists not to uphold the hiring of all men/women of every race, then you are the bigot, not the white man any more.
Civil rights activists are to fight for the Rights of ALL men and women of America, no matter the race or home life.
civil Rights activists who refuse to hire a white man or any other man, because they think white men get too much. Thats playing God. A man/woman is to be equally hired for skill and effort. Not because you believe ll white or black men/women should perish from any employment because they don't look or act the way you do.
There are jobs for all lengths of wealth, you have jobs for ALL races among minorities, middle class and the wealthy.

Afrika Korps
( Deutsches Afrika Korps, or DAK )
Dak, evolved from Reconaissance Detatchment Rommel; sent to Tunisia in 1941.
Following British defeat of the Italians and the westward advance by O'Connor, strong in machine gun and anti - armour units.
