Diary of America Pt I

African Americans

The African American community had its roots in the great migration of peoples fron the old world to the new.  Unlike Europeans, Asian,  and Latino Americans,  however,  Africans entered the New World in chains.

Which I am ever so sorry for.

The pirates who did this I pray are burning in hell.

especially African Americans

I apologize for the ignorance of those who took you from your African home.

My love for the slaves is not measurable.

Despite the " Revolutionary War and the emergence of the United States as an Independent Republic,  Most African Americans remained in bondage until the civil war and the First Reconstruction.

In the 1860's and 1870's,  African American's gained freedom and citizenship,  but the rise of racial segregation soon undercut their freedom and citizenship's.

By WWI,  the United States institutionalized new patterns of CLASS,  and racial inequality in its politics,  culture,  and economy.

The Jim Crow system persisted into the 20th century.

America instituted different forms of inequality and as African Americans confronted on going status and social class conflicts with their OWN communities.  They staged individual and collective resistance to discrimination.

The BLACK freedom struggle culminated in the rise of modern Civil Second Reconstruction in the 1950's and 1960's.  While the rights struggle demolished the legal acts of Jim Crow.

Failing to fully translate such changes into material improvements in the lives of poor and working class blacks.

The Civil Rights agenda became clear,  black activists launched the black power movement and advocated new and more autonomous strategies for SOCIAL change.  With the end of the industrial economy in the 1970's Reconstruction as well as to the Black Power movement.

At the end of the 20th century African Americans again searched for appropriate strategies to counteract new forms of inequality.

France in August and captured Harfleur by the end of September,  intent upon returning to England,  Henry 5 was marching to Calais when his force was challenged by a large French army blocking his advance.

The king had to fight.  Under his command he had some 6 k fighting men;  the enemy army had 3 times the size.

After a rainy night,  the English drew their thin battle line,  with several large groups of archers.

The French mounted,  going over the land made soft by the rain. As they were nearing they were met with a hail of arrows,  killingg and wounding large numbers of mounts and horse men, heavily armed knights fightin on foot,  lessening the force of the attack,  overtaking those wanting to retire,  and obstructing those advancing from the rear.  They made confused the french.

The battle,  a small,  disciplined,  well - led,  and highly motivated force with little to lose.  With confident leadership they in over confidence won the victory.

By me being who I am in and through Christ. I crushed the first beast( Hillary Clinton ) in Revelation 13: 2.  I did what God created me to do.  Remember St. John of Patmos was the last biblical prophet before me.  So now,  here is the next beast for the next 1000 years.  

the sheep is a clone just like DoLly.  So this is a man made beast,  not a God made beast.  It was 3 heads on 1 body.  Which tells me there are 3 man made men who are false prophets in 1 body,  Legislature armed to crush,  Jewish and Christians alike,  the wooly side are on 2 to the left.  meaning they are covering up their wolf in sheep routine,  I see this people in the California area,  to the right;  where it was shaven,  I believe its New York.  This one will be found out for who they are.

So California and New York you're being deceived in your legislatures.

Diary of America Part I
Affirmative Action

The Term " Affirmative Action "  came about in a legislation context in 1935.  National Labor Relations Act and was later written into state laws banning ALL racial discrimination against color skin in employment.

The phase Affirmative Action began only against African Americans,  which attracted notice.  In the 1950's no one saw Affirmative Action to be a way of giving minorities preferred treatment in hiring's, promotions, and admissions.

The civil Rights movements helps change the meaning of Affirmative Action.  1964, after years of black protest,  congress passed the Civil Rights Act,  which created and still creates new agencies run by OFFICIALS to bring ALL minorities of American Life.  Not to ILLEGALS life.

1965 opened up the passage of The Voting Rights Act.

Affirmative Action is the answer.  1965 President Lyndon B. Johnson issued the executive order establishing the Office of Federal Contract Compliance.  

Along with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,

required that companies to set numerical racial hiring goals.  In trending quotas goals,  and timetables continuing today,  because Richard M. Nixon's Administration supported this radical interpretation of Affirmative Action.

The United States major institutions from consumers,  employees,  students,  and federal bureaucrats,  aware of United States Supreme Court decisions supporting race and gender preferences.  Male or Female.  Not Gay nor Lesbian rights.

By 1978,  The Supreme Court ruled Bakke vs University of California that universities could use race as a plus factor in administrations,  Affirmative Action is deeply enriched in American,  not African Society.  

No other society,  Which is horrible.  Not only black lives matter,  but ALL lives matter.

For God created ALL men equal.

By the late 20th century,  Affirmative Action has become a controversy.  Opponents see racial preferences as unjust -- an unfair government program that exacerbates the already large racial divide. Which harms WHITES stigmatizing blacks as needed preferences treatment.

Opponents also contend that Affirmative Action aides more privileged Black Americans and does very little to help poor blacks and whites combined.

1990's,  Republican party,  not democrat politicians and activists lobbied hard against Affirmative Action,  which passed proposition 209,  a 1996 California initiative to abolish racial and gender preferences.  This backs the regents of the University of California who in 1995 voted to end Affirmative Action in hiring and Admissions.

ALL races need to bring this before President Donald Trump and Abolish Affirmative Action once and for all,  it is racist against all races except for blacks.

President Bill Clinton in 1995 tried to argue that Affirmative Action is a flawed,  but necessary answers to centuries of discrimination against women,  blacks and other groups.

Many civil rights communities went further in their defense of Affirmative Action,  arguing that WHITE males hold more dis-appropriate number of powerful position in society,  and that laws and programs mandating preferences were one way to combat the imbalance.

These supporters argue that racism and sexism are still rampant,  and that Affirmative Action is still a small but just a part of National Social Policy.

As the 20th century ended,  the debate over Affirmative Action will not end.

Your prophets point of view:

NO MAN !  or woman should be based on the color of  their skin.  It is also unconstitutional for ANY man white or black to be discriminated against because of their wealth, religion,  race and or any other social involvement.

For society to bring a white or black man to his knees and not give him equal opportunity in any equal employment law is awful.

Man is to be hired for his skill,  efforts and loyalty he/she possesses for that position.  This tells me that Black Activists only want to see white men crumble for the sins of their forefathers.  Because he is white.  This is a hypocrite.  If a white man refuses to give equal opportunity to a black man/woman for the job.  The white man is considered a bigot.  a no good dirty thing.

That should work both ways.  The person,no matter the race or sex passes the employers test.  Is the one the employer hires.  Not because of the color of skin.  America is built on the foundation,  liberty and justice for ALL.

However;   if I am an employer,  no matter the race or sex passes the employers test.  If that person is qualified for what I am asking that's the one I am hiring.  If the applicant does not support the role in which I am hiring for my business to grow.  Not to show social favoritism. 

There is to be new laws set in place to be favorable to ALL men/women to be hired.

For civil Rights activists not to uphold the hiring of all men/women of every race,  then you are the bigot,  not the white man any more.

Civil rights activists are to fight for the Rights of ALL men and women of America,  no matter the race or home life.

civil Rights activists who refuse to hire a white man or any other man,  because they think white men get too much.  Thats playing God.  A man/woman is to be equally hired for skill and effort.  Not because you believe ll white or black men/women should perish from any employment because they don't look or act the way you do.

There are jobs for all lengths of wealth,  you have jobs for ALL races among minorities,  middle class and the wealthy.

Anyone who goes against this compliance for peace,  is a LIBERAL EXTREMIST.

Afrika Korps

( Deutsches Afrika Korps,  or DAK )

Dak,  evolved from Reconaissance Detatchment Rommel;  sent to Tunisia in 1941.

Following British defeat of the Italians and the westward advance by O'Connor,  strong in machine gun and anti -  armour units.

Hitler gave it the title Afrika Korps on February 19. It remained small,  with 5th light ( later named 21st Panzer )  and 15th Panzer Divisions.

On August 15, 1941,  Heavy fighting which shown it was the principle axis combat force in Africa,  the Afrika Korps became part of Panzer Group Africa,  and later to first Italian Army,  which too became part of Army Group Africa on February of 1943.

The allies tended to call german Troops in theatre,  whether they be part of DAK or not,  the Afrika Korps.

And whatever terminology of the military organization of which it formed part,  the Afrika Korps played a key and constant and distinguishing role.

At Gazala it hooked round the 8th Army's desert flank,  though it suffered heavy losses at Alamein,  it fought on resolutely until the surrender in North Africa May of 1943.

The DAK fought hard and skillfully,  had its own sartorial style mingling Utilitarian with flamboyance,  behaved magnificently in victory and dignity in defeat.

Hitler used this against the world.  Use this against Isis who is against the world.  I guarantee you the rapes will stop.
